Who we are and what we offer our customers
Olive Lisa opened on September 1, 2023 with one vision in mind. Our goal was to offer our customers a range of products and classes designed to enhance your home dining experience. It begins with our selection of over 60 flavors of premium olive oils and balsamics, and we show you a variety of ways in which to use them. Our offerings also include pastas, gluten-free pastas, sauces, spices and a host of other products to make your ordinary meal extraordinary. Additionally, we offer a wide range of classes including hand made pasta classes, charcuterie boards, scones, dressings, marinades, and gluten-free baked goods. About Olive Lisa
Lisa’s dream was to someday open a store that would enable her to share her passion for food preparation with others. Lisa is a certified chef with many years of experience in the food industry. Lisa's resume includes the following:
- Several years in restaurant management
- Research and development for a major food company.
- Performed cooking demonstrations and numerous trade shows
- Personal chef preparing specialty menus for customers on restricted diets
- Graduated with honors from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts
The culmination of this passion and experience is Olive Lisa, where we feature more than 60 flavors of fine olive oils and balsamics, along with a wide variety of gourmet food items and housewares.
